Hi, I’m Ludovica. I’m an independent Project Manager based in Berlin.
I’ve been a Project Manager for the past 5+ years, primarily working in digital technology and international environments. Some of my favourite work includes the WIFILM project from my European project work in digital education, creating learning content for women in the film industry, and managing SaaS implementations at Zattoo, delivering customised TV streaming apps — work that spans multi-partner, cross-cultural settings and agile B2B environments.
Across different contexts, I’ve learned that while technologies and industries change, the core principles of clear governance and collaborative teamwork remain universal. With me on your team, you’ll have clear direction, open communication, and a good dose of positive energy. I live in Berlin and work with people from all over Europe.
