LEARNING CIRCLE: EDUZINES AND INTERACTIVE INFOGRAPHICS TO SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF INNOVATIVE ENTREPRENEURS
OVERVIEW
The LEARNING CIRCLE EduZines and Interactive Infographics for Circular Economy Business Models and Innovative Entrepreneurs provide digital learning to drive sustainability and support the growth of a circular economic model. Built for use on smartphones, the bite-sized learning modules are integrated to the LEARNING CIRLCE e-learning platform providing on-the-spot learning for digital natives. Ludovica led the development of multiple production and localisation workflows, supervising, monitoring and managing risks.
LUDOVICA'S ROLE
To improve efficiency, Ludovica created a Kanban board used by 15+ people. Worked collaboratively with stakeholders, including project managers, tech and creative teams, coordinating multiple production and localisation workflows in 7 European languages.
Led the development of the In-Service Training Program, researching, designing and testing prototypes. Additionally, she led the development of the project website, adjusting and implementing changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Ludovica was responsible for managing risks and developed the Risk Analysis plan while performing regular risk assessments to ensure adequate progress of work. She monitored the creative queue, adjusting priorities, managing dependencies on the Kanban board and project management tools.
RESULTS
Maximised stakeholder engagement and improved posting schedule efficiency.
Reduced potential risks by improving quality, communication and performance.
Improved efficiency by 20% with Trello boards.
Trained 30+ VET tutors on Circular Business Models, Microlearning and Online Teaching at local and transnational workshops in Germany.
90% of participants were interested to integrate the resources into their practices.
