AGILITe: DEVELOPING EDUZINES TO PROMOTE ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY
OVERVIEW
To promote the digital and entrepreneurial transformation of the educational system, the AGILITe project has developed a series of Eduzines to boost entrepreneurial potential and promote environmental sustainability. Based on microlearning strategies, the mini-format resources are designed to ensure accessibility via smartphones and help increase knowledge retention. Throughout the project lifecycle, Ludovica has guided the development of the AGILITe MOOC managing multiple production and localization workflows while navigating cross-team dependencies.
LUDOVICA'S ROLE
• Worked closely with creative teams of translators, content creators, UX designers, and software developers.
• Aligned strategically to define learning outcomes and learning experience design.
• Planned the WBS schedule for translation and multimedia production workflows in Kanban boards.
• Coordinated parallel localisation workflows in 8 European languages.
• Created additional Excel spreadsheets to facilitate tech teams and track the file upload progress. 
• Identified and implemented scalable ways to source new partners and inform existing ones. 
RESULTS
• Participants in testing surveys mentioned that the MOOC was “visually appealing” and “easy to navigate”.
• Held two workshops with final users in two countries, Germany and Croatia.
• 90% of participants confirmed their willingness to integrate the training into their educational practices.
• Reduced potential risks by improving quality, communication and performance.
• Maximised engagement across social media by 30%
• Improved publication efficiency among partners to achieve dissemination goals.​
• Reached 150+ key local stakeholders at Reetzival in Brandenburg.
